Taxation of the Income of Trusts

Sections 95 through to Section 102 of the ’36 Act provide us with the specific trust income provisions. We will consider cases such as Bamford, Guardian and BBlood and how they have impacted the taxation of the income of trusts. We will also cover the difference between taxable income and income of the trust estate
