Same Firm Packages are refundable up to 90 days before the event provided the online training credit has not been used; once any part of the credit is redeemed the package becomes non-refundable. A substitute attendee from the same firm may be nominated at any time before the event.

The full two-day program delivers 14 hours of verifiable CPD, suitable for practising accountants' annual requirements. A certificate is issued on completion.
Registration covers the two-day program, lunches and refreshments. Accommodation at the Hilton Cairns is booked separately.
Tickets do not include accommodation or travel to Cairns. Staying at the Hilton Cairns is the most convenient option, as the training and all events are held there — but you're welcome to choose your own accommodation.
CPD in Paradise is designed exclusively for practising accountants — from sole practitioners to firm principals and their teams looking to earn quality CPD in an exceptional setting.
Refunds are available up to 90 days before the event for full-priced individual event registrations. All approved refunds will incur a 2.5% processing fee to cover payment processing costs.
Same Firm Packages include an online training credit as part of the package. Refunds are available up to 90 days before the event, provided the online training credit has not been redeemed or used. Once any part of the online training credit has been utilised, the package becomes non-refundable. If a registered attendee can no longer attend, you may nominate a substitute attendee from the same firm by emailing info@advisersdigest.com.au so we can update the registration.
If you do not attend the event without notifying us, no refund will be provided as your place and catering have already been reserved.
If you are unable to attend at short notice, you may nominate a replacement attendee by emailing info@advisersdigest.com.au before the event so we can update the registration details.
Yes, we cater for different dietary requirements. Please give us notice before the deadline and the Hilton Cairns will meet your requirements.
The event includes morning and afternoon tea and lunch on both days. For those who purchased the dinner-inclusive ticket, your dietary requirements will also be catered for at the 3-course gala dinner on Day 1.
Welcome drinks are included in your CPD in Paradise ticket for the registered attendee only.
If you'd like to bring a travel partner, family member or other guest to the welcome drinks, you'll need to purchase a separate drinks ticket for each guest.
Only if you purchased a dinner-inclusive ticket. If you booked a ticket without dinner but would still like to come along, dinner tickets are available to purchase separately.
